Crowns, Implant Crowns, Bridges, and Veneers

CEREC is a technology that is a combination of a digital intraoral impressioning and a CAD-CAM crown and bridge milling machine.

In layman’s terms, it is a camera that can capture an image of your teeth, and convert that image into a virtual 3-D model of your teeth, eliminating the need for impressions with the gooey material that had to remain in the mouth for 3 minutes. The CEREC program is able to assist in designing a tooth that will fit precisely into your mouth and the mill then can fabricate the tooth from any of a number of material we choose.

The tooth then can be cemented that same appointment, saving you from wearing a temporary crown and returning at a later date to receive the crown that was sent to the dental laboratory.
